Non-Refundable Policy

At N’Joy’s Soul Food Catering, we take pride in preparing each order with care, using fresh ingredients and dedicated time to ensure quality service and delicious food. To help us maintain this high standard, the following non-refundable policy applies:

Deposits & Payments

• All deposits made to secure catering services are non-refundable.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your event date.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. A reminder email will be sent to the email on file (Please check your SPAM Folder).  

Cancellations

• If you cancel your event 7 days or more before the scheduled date, your deposit will be retained, but no additional fees will be charged.

• If you cancel within 7 days of your event, the full balance is due and non-refundable, as food preparation and scheduling have already begun.

Rescheduling

• We will do our best to accommodate one-time rescheduling if notified at least 10 days in advance, subject to availability.

• Deposits can be applied to the new date but remain non-refundable.
